Marketing analytics & reporting

The monthly report, drafted before you start.

SyncingBeam pulls GA4 and Search Console data daily, breaks down what changed by channel and campaign, and writes a first draft from the numbers. You edit and send it.

Reporting

How the monthly review works

A monthly total tells you something moved, not why. SyncingBeam shows breakdowns by channel, campaign, and day. It marks where the collection was incomplete and drafts a report from the data it collected.

01 / INVESTIGATE

Break down the month by channel, campaign, and landing page.

Compare channels, campaigns, landing pages, and countries. Look at daily activity to see whether a single spike is shaping the month.

02 / CHECK

See whether a tracking change lines up with the drop.

See collection coverage and recorded tracking changes alongside the figures. A partial month or a changed event definition needs context before a comparison.

03 / REPORT

Generate a report draft that cites its data.

Choose the month, report depth, and questions to focus on. Review the written summary and its supporting charts, then save or export the report when your access allows. See a sample

Report options

Pick the questions the report should answer.

Add a short brief about the audience and what to focus on. The report works from the data collected for that period and notes where coverage is incomplete.

  • Which landing pages brought engaged visits?
  • Was the traffic spike sustained?
  • Did a tracking change affect the comparison?

FAQ

Common questions

Is SyncingBeam only for agencies?

No. It is for anyone who reports on marketing performance, for their own business or for clients. The product grew out of agency reporting. During early access, we can help set up your workspace.

Which tools can I connect?

Start with the connector list. Each integration has its own availability and setup requirements. CRM integrations are still being validated, so contact us before relying on them for a live setup.

How does AI help with the report?

It writes a summary from the period’s collected data and your preparation brief. Automated checks can flag or remove figures the data does not support. You still review the explanation, limitations, and recommendations before sharing the report.

What if tracking changed or data is missing?

Coverage notes and recorded measurement changes help you judge whether periods are comparable. Where the data is incomplete, the report can show observed activity and note the limitation.

Can I send reports to clients?

With the appropriate access, you can save reports, export them, or copy a draft for Slack. You review and share the result yourself. Ask us to confirm report creation and publishing access for your team during setup.

How do I disconnect or request deletion?

Contact us using the address in our privacy policy. These requests are handled by an operator. You can also revoke Google access directly from your Google account’s third-party permissions page.
